Phantom for the black one and Raoul for the grey! Because the black has a mask like the phantom of the opera, and Raoul is the other male protagonist. Erik could also work for the black one as that’s the phantoms actual name. What beautiful boys

These are the names that came to mind: Sombra, Onyx, Ombré, Ghost, Pirouette (because of the nice trot), Cadence (to match Pirouette). They are very cute horsies and look quite noble when they trot. I imagine them pulling a wealthy noble's carriage in a fairy tail ✨

Both are skinny, but the grey more so. And I think you're right, that the black one still has a heavy worm load on him. You can see his hips as well, but not as bad as the grey. But their coats are atrocious!! But I know you. You'll get them up to weight and handled, just like you did with the mustangs. Does "a heavy worm load" mean he has worms? Does worms cause bloated bellies in horses? I haven't heard of it before.

@iclynnx Yes, it can cause a big belly as the worms are eating the nutrients that the horse should be getting. The black is also a bit underweight, as you can see his hip bones. But he has a large belly, which leads me to believe a heavy worm load exists. That's just my opinion, though. But I'm sure Shelby will take care of it as soon as she possibly can.
