I was a little bit older on my 1st car. It was mid October 1999 on my 1st cat that was a 1998 Ford Contour SE. I was 29 years old. I don’t mind saying my age that I’m 51 years old. I even took my driver’s test a couple times. I failed the 1st one by a couple of points and passed the 2nd one in mid December 1999. I thought that I did pretty good on the first one. The lady from DMV was sweet and friendly to me both times. I was nervous in both times,too. I had 4 different cars over the years. The car that I currently have right now is a 2020 Ford Escape SE in black. I loved the technology in the vehicle. I was very quickly on Apple Car Play. I only have the Escape less than 2 weeks. I’m getting good on the controls on it.

Some US parents are crazy... Buy a Camaro, Mustang or why not a Ferrari or other supercar for their lovely teen who just had driver licence is insane. 😲😨😱 Not sure your kid need fast and furious (short !) life.

yep.. when i was 21 in the US, about 20 years ago it was about 1000 bux for 6 months.. for liability only.. so thats an old car that cost me 3000 bux paid in full.. and I was 21.. i cant imagine what it would cost for a 16 year old.. ugh.. i got two kids and 10 years to go before they are old enough .. its making me sick thinking about it
