I had a similar great experience at Boma - I have a nut allergy, and generally I just assume I can't have desserts at restaurants so to not risk it. But at Boma when the server found out, the head chef came out to meet us, and made me my own selection of nut free desserts, and made sure I knew from him in person that he'd cleaned all the surfaces so there were no traces. I've never had a restaurant experience like that in my life, it was amazing. My mum cried, because she was so used to just watching me go without while everyone else had treats. I honestly can't recommend that restaurant enough.

If you are back at Disney they have comprehensive lists now, they are getting so much better at that kind of stuff, but the chefs there have always been amazing about working with you.

Amazing Animals is one of the best things I have ever done in Florida and it was all because of a video from Tim and Jenn. I was so happy to fly out (I am from the UK) and visit this amazing experience in person with Kylie as our guide. Toufutti is such a good alternative to dairy. Tofutti used to be only icecream brand but they've expanded which I'm super grateful for since I'm not able to have dairy anymore. You guys, thanks for the baby animals update, they're so cute!!

Tofutti has been around for YEARS!! There is also something else that's been around for years, called Tofurkey. Tofutti is a non dairy "ice cream" basiclally made with soy and tofu. Tofurkey is the first "non meat meat" I'd ever seen/hard of. Like I said - both have been around for YEARS, and used to be frequent fodder for jokes on sitcoms, etc. Those baby animals were SO cute, and I'm SO happy, and proud of you supporting a great cause like that, and sponsoring the capys! I have always loved Boma - whether for lunch or dinner. AKL was always a "go to" for me - I'd make at least 1 visit a trip to soak up the ambiance, see the animals, and of course, eat - mostly at Boma. So cute with all the baby animals. 🙂 I loved Pj and Penelope’s babies along with the tiny baby goats. It’s nice to see the interaction and learn about all the different animals there. Boma is great! My family and I were just there a few weeks ago for dinner and breakfast. It’s always our first dinner place we eat at for the start of our vacation every year. Definitely would recommend it,with all the choices especially the butternut squash soup. Their desserts are good, but this trip I was disappointed they didn’t have their Banana bread pudding with vanilla sauce. One of my all time favorites!

Boma is on my husband and I's must to every visit now...we love breakfast and dinner, but dinner is hands down our favorite. we love the seafood soup when they have it. we also like frontera cocina. he said is is the most authentic Mexican food he has had and it tastes like food his abuela would make.
