Piccolo's hearing is good but not that good, if you were exaggerating them disregard what I said. Who knows maybe Piccolo did hear him and it'll be brought up later. Or it could be one of those things where if Piccolo wasn't paying attention or was occupied doing something, he didn't hear it.

Isn't the whole reason Piccolo appeared in the Broly movie because he heard them? Also, how Arinisu gunna stand 3 feet from Kuu and not hear him but Duu could, he even said 'my assist', which coulda just been him running to get chocolate, but there are many odd things going on. Another reminder Piccolo was 3 when he and Goku fought at the end of DB and he was pretty much full grown so tf is going on lolol

I do like the worldbuilding of this series to say at least. The fact that a Megath child wasn’t even that fazed by Piccolo, Vegeta, and Goku makes me wonder if the Megaths are supposed to be stronger than the Tamagamis. Even Oozaru would look tiny compared to the Megath, and Gigaths are said to be even bigger. Hopefully we see that next episode.

Honestly one of the coolest filler episodes in Dragon Ball. It certainly has the absolute largest scale of environments and characters I’ve ever seen in the franchise. And I felt the same sense of being overwhelmed when they said there are beings BIGGER than these!
