Hi Dr. Lori, lm gonna have an appraisal done by you as soon as l get to it. I found a Lalique cigar dish & its sooo heavy. I didnt find signiture til l got home with magnifing glass. So, it was about $2.00 & l found it on internet for $300.00. l sometimes get an feeling.😊 Also, years ago l seen these earring that were @ St. Vincet De Paul. Twice l looked at them & left them, but l jyst had this feels that l should buy them, so l did go back & they raised their prices from .79 cents to .99 cent &l finally bought them. And when l got them home l was resting & looking in the magnifying glass & lt was mark 750, and l looked it up before the internet & found out they were 18kt & Omega backs. They were really gorgeous too! But l never wore them, they were too big & looked silly on me. Wish l had sold them, because they disapearred. I really enjoy your knowledge & you sharing in the Education that you spent many years aquiringl!!! I lost my loupe & have to buy all that from you... I just gave to go get a new bank card tomorrow, the scammers almost got 49.95 off my card. Thank God my bank notified me. You are a very BRILLIANT TEACHER. You must stop putting yourself down. I used to do that too, until l found out what you say and believe about yourself...we manifest our own reality. Keep telling yourself how smart & Beautiful you are & it will come true, whether u really believe it or not. What you say about yourself comes true. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

New to watching you Lori and am amazed at your finds. I shop Salvation Army near me and have found good deals there. A few days ago I found a Noritake China service for six (dinner, salad, & dessert plates and coffee cups with saucers) and creamer and sugar bowl w lid as well as a serving platter and serving bowl for $90. But a had a 25% off coupon and got it all for $68! I feel like I stole it all. So happy! 0:27

I notice you do alot of glassware, is that your favorite category when it comes to vintage/antique or collectible items? I try to grab items where i can at least profit $60-100+. The best things i find are those really random, unique items that few people know about. Certain things take months of researching or occasionally even years. 75% of the time I can't uncover information it ends up being a museum worthy treasure or something of great value because it reveals a lost piece of history. I would love to see you do a segment on oddities.

We had a goodwill boutique near me that closed. It was small and you could drop off donations too. I contacted goodwill but it was a done deal very sadly. The large goodwill near me was clean, organized, and nicely displayed. Not any more. It is so disappointing. The regular employees seem to be gone and it is the people who mean so much. I am in pa. The goodwill you are in seems very nice. I have about 4 resale shops that are worth my time. Nice video

Omg, i was gifted that vase that was dirty. I use it often, looks nice with my Waterford crystal. Many of the pressed glass are nice. I use those canning jars to make ahead meals.

Recently I found a set of 10 “nick and Nora” glasses in an antique store in Placerville Ca. They had a silver rim and I suspected they were from the 1960s and now I know I was right! This type of glass is hard to find vintage. They came with a funky vintage Las Vegas serving tray too! I haggled them down to 15$. How did I do?😊not selling them.
