This is the longer cut of my Surprise Flight to Beccles. Where Richard, an old friend offered to take me over in his CTSW microlight - G-CEIE.
More of a VLOG format. We have a bit of a chat about planes, then a catch up - reminiscing like old men about past hobbies and cover issues as wide as the zombie apocalypse. Before beccles we have to wait for some meat bombs to get down (parachutists) and have some funny radio exchanges (not strictly CAP413!)
Rich & I used to own Nissan 200SXs and met through SXOC in the early 2000s. Haven't seen him in person for a number of years. But he was the chap who first informed me about how 'affordable' if not 'cheap' microlighting could be 2 years back as well as on what microlights actually are.
Thanks to Alex Quail for letting me use the images of his very tidy 200SX s14A he is on Instagram under his name and he has a website here:

Also Richard Davies for his images of the various microlights. His Flickr is here: www.flickr.com/photos/supasmo...
All the best,
Martin.
