If you listen carefully, some other casts speak french. Because this Park is in France. So Mickey speaks french. In Disneyland Paris, 55% of the visitors are french, so every cast member speak fr and english. And every messages are in fr and en as well. And because many guests come from all around Europe and the World, you can hear a lot of castmembers speak many languages. By the way, in Paris, they understood that speaking just in english was not good for many little children who speak only french, italian, german, spanish or dutch, etc... English is not the main language in Europe. But easy to speak for parents though, so they can translate to their children some times ;)
