This brings me back! Me and my brother are also adopted. My adoptive parents family live in Indiana but we moved to Texas. That's usually 2 days of travel. We used a small gray Sony tv/DVD player. It was the best thing ever as kid! Popeye the Sailor, Looney Tunes and Classic Disney movies is what we watched!

I remember when we bought and installed a VCR with a 9 inch in our car for the 6 hour trip to see their grand parents. It was the best thing ever, but boy did it take up a lot of space. That looks like a much better solution. And good for you for installing it!!!
