When they're in the pasture though you can kind of see she does look something like her mama. She's real strong looking.

I agree. She's darker than most golden champagne colored horses I've seen. She has the blue eyes which classifies the champagne and red based champagne makes them "golden champagne " but I'm holing she stays more red. Momma is a red roan or strawberry roan sabiano!
