Hi Melissa. Ivy really gets you. When you take your blood pressure try not to talk and it should be even lower. My doctor told me that one. Mine is super low. Doesn't go above 116/58. The only time it gets high is if I'm in certain situations. I think that's with everyone. Having a cat they say it lowers it too. Thank you Melissa for sharing and another great TEMU Monday. Your blood pressure was very good. I'm truly impressed with Temu's medical supplies. I have a whole bag full. But what I'm totally impressed with is the neck and shoulder massager. I have tension continually in my neck, and my son has bum shoulder, so I need to look for it, when your haul is done.

Hi Melissa, I used to have gross feet too with cracked heels. What helped me was using a pumice after showering and applying O' Keefe's healthy feet cream daily. It's good stuff.

That massage gun will be your new best friend! I've had one for a few years and our home will never be without one. I just had my second total knee replacement last Thursday and I've already used it on these terribly sore quads & hamstring muscles. As physical therapy progresses, I'l be using it from my back end to the floor, LOL

My husband got me the large stainless steel trashcan for the kitchen a few years ago. It’s electric, not battery. I loved it. UNTIL, my mom was visiting, she walked by it & it opened, startling her, so she hit it backwards trying to make it close & broke the entire mechanism. 😩 Now I have a very expensive manual open/close trashcan. 😢😔

You're so funny!!! The pink massager is for your neck, feet, back, etc... that u can take with u. (Like on vacation where you're gonna be doing a lot of walking, etc... and might need a quick massage for sore muscles. (But I guess u can use it HOWEVER U WANT 😉🤣). AND I've seen a LOT of people review the neck massager and YOU'RE the FIRST I've ever seen to like it. 🤷‍♀️

I have a portable blood pressure monitor, but mine fits over my upper arm (more accurate). That thing squeezes tight. Lots of good stuff. That little portable massager would come in handy when you don't want to cart around the bigger ones.

Your eyes, eyebrows and your hair moving at the side was hysterical 😂😂. Serious note, I have a similar bp cuff with pulse too. Read your instructions your supposed to hold your hand up at heart height. Also wrist BP monitors are not very reliable. I have a cuff and a wrist monitor sand the wrist one is usually wrong.

I asked the pharmacist which is better, wrist or arm, he said arm is always best. I prefaced the question with, "I just have a quick question" and ended with, "see?
