They said " The Malaysians like black interiors as easier to clean" REALLY?? They lost my sale because of this.

No. Malaysia dont produced cars. The boring colors are inherited from European and japanese car makers. Thanks goodness there is china. China car makers are very daring in color matching for their interior. Sometimes its way too off..like red wine red, but most times they got it right. Even the new crv still all grey and dark...at this dna.

@linustw that's not true. It's the preferred colour by Malaysians according to survey (how sad!). So our sole dealers or distributors specify such specs/ requirements from the manufacturers and so we get the all black interiors. This also includes other specs like engines even like the Camry which in msia we use the old engine. That's also why the BYD seal is almost all black internally as well. What a disappointment.

403 ps 😱 Edit: Checked to be sure and it’s 203ps. 403ps plus 147k with that interior would have been crazy haha. 7.6s is still really good for a daily drive around tho and that exterior colour is beautiful too.

12:03 i so agree with that - despite being a "china car", but for the money i pay, i get almost as full as it can be. and i don't need to see poverty buttons. everything that u can see and touch, the chinese will make sure it's a "feels nice to the touch" surface. weeks back in the EV forums, there's a "german marque car" person who asked BYD owners "why buy china cars"... well, why pay so much for something i can pay a fraction for it and get the same touch right.

Bobby, I have followed you long enough and I just knew you somewhat hated the dark shades cabin (gray/black rendering), which you call it's boring! Yes, this blue/white cabin may look refreshing initially but it may not stand the test of time! 😊 p/s. Bobby, if black cabin is boring.....why would some car brands launched their Black Edition (even you need to pay more).... Rolls Royce....etc

Nice car. But if I have to nitpick, the rear windscreen is way too small and visibility is very poor using the mirror. I hope they have rear cameras that can be viewed from the screen constantly

Gear shift stick is on the right in place of where the signal indicator usually is located in Japanese made car format. It needs getting used to, as I can expect we might make the mistake and hit the wrong one everytime we turn which would spell trouble.

Totally agree with Bobby Ang's opinion about the car interior. Why worry so much when you are going to change car in the next 5 - 10 years? Chances are you wont be driving the same car for 20 years. All cars get uglier after 5 years so why not buy what you like and enjoy the beauty first, instead of buying something ugly that you may not like? Like the Kia Carnival, originally it is bright color but many users complain about concerns of getting dirty/ugly so they change it to black seats with white accents...The new interior makes it feels like any other normal gloomy cars.... I am like why make everything black and so homogenous?? You go see Jepunis, Korean, Conti car in Malaysia, all black black black. I am like people in Malaysia worry too much about things without deep thought.

Sorry Bobby, I'm not looking much at you in this video 😁😁 But about the white interior..Yes its pretty.. But the mindset you said is not really accurate.. People that dont go with pretty white because they know themself..same thing with buying home white furniture and do white kitchen cabinet.. Dont have to wait 3 years.. 3 weeks later there will be pen mark on it, your new a little wet jeans due to rain leave a blue color stain on the seat, there will be daki from your arm resting on the center console, kids eating twisties snack then wipe their fingers on the seat, your once in a blue moon friend tumpang your car accidentally touch your car around with their dirty fingers..And the next option to go is not the ugly one.. Black interior is not ugly..All black is already nice..Black with a mix of maroon leather is nicer...So these people just act on reality.. Then they just have to care of it more? If they can take care white sofa and kitchen at home, they can do the same for the car.. if not, dont even say it..
