Avery's laugh is amazing. I think he actually made Chad laugh a bit. I would even call him "Glad Chad" it was fun watching him arrive sort of surprised or taken back and transform into comfortable and laughing during this episode. Also I love Jolene's bugatti. so cool.

Containers. His remarks about containers were actually helpful for I would like to do something like the 4 containers of Chad. I wonder if that sprayed foam insulation on the outside roof could be used to help. I never thought about the floor rusting, so I would probably use cement block. Made me think, never heard about it before.

The spray foam on the outside on top of the roof will also hold moisture, you need to have air flow, so the idea of a secondary roof is the best option, again if you vent the floor it will reduce the steel members from rusting as long as the water can't get to sit underneath drainage is your best friend here
