You did not ask for a lecture on supplements but here it is anyway haha. There is a thing called vitamin toxicity. Supplements can cause a person to have an excess of vitamins and this can lead to things like heart issues. In addition, there lacks scientific evidence of the health benefits of taking supplements unless you are actually deficient. Therefore, it isn't recommended to take them unless blood tests confirm you are deficient.
