But (after watching it few times, its so good) noticed that 1/60 makes skiers blured which is not what 4k was invented for, like I as a viewer, would love to see details there. thats as example of relativity of 25fps with 1/60 golden but tripod rule. I understand the esthetic value of it but it comes at cost of blur/softening all of your frame - estetically on the edges but degrading the resolution of the center either. Could it be that this rule is not suitable for your style or rather conditions of flying... i wonder
@babang_des9 ай бұрын
I mean! The drone is doing 50km/h and I doubt that any camera or rules of shutter will give you sharp images like if I was taking a photo! It actually looks exactly as the rule meant it to look like! Have it blurry, go watch any film and tell me you can grab a perfect screenshot out of a moving drone! For some people it looks very good but for some it doesn’t. 🫶🏾😂
@fanfonsoFPV8 ай бұрын
@@babang_des Well, I have difficulty comparing winter and summer scenario but look here, there are some proximity moments, 60fps 1/250: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmGTpp19g55nipY . But you are glued to 25 due to biz requirements I understand that and 25 with 1/120 or 1/250 gives stroboscopic effect while with 60fps looks better but yea, no blur on edges or different one - not painted into the frame as image of moved object, but made by lots of fast moving frozen frames. Look by yourself and happy to hear your opinion
@babang_des8 ай бұрын
I had a look at your page and lots of cool stuff! At the end of the day it is a matter of preference! At first I thought you were a cinematographer talking, now I understand your point of view! You are all about sharpe image while I’m all about soft and clear/clean image! You may not like it as I don’t like the sharp images and that’s totally fine but saying one is better than another isn’t true! I’ll argue with you that you never get to sell your images while that’s what I do all the time! I have work in big productions and these as the settings I used. And all these directors they want it! Again I’m happy with my results and you are happy 😃 so everyone is happy 😆.

@babang_des9 ай бұрын
I can’t confirm this since I have never flew with a bardpole. When you think of it I don’t think I need to get further than that, because then it’s illegal up here in Norway. I’m not sure how much further I’ll want to go.

With the GPS rescue sorted, would you prefer to just flick the switch to start a GPS rescue & relax or you manually bring it back?
@babang_des9 ай бұрын
I would always bring it back! If I can. GPS rescue isn’t RTH like DJI or Inav
@Sleeperknot9 ай бұрын
@@babang_des I was so hesitant to test GPS rescue in Betaflight, because of all the uncertainties discussed around it! I have an Arducopter running a decade-old APM2.8 firmware and it does RTH like a boss! But I had to switch on GPS rescue on my second FPV flight that I did last week. I lost the orientation of the drone and I couldn't bring it back manually. Luckily it worked, even though it headed in some random direction initially, until it recalculated heading.
