I saw exactly this situation back then in Istanbul. The next person was warming up and was full prepared to grab the ice. The vendor gave him the ice without any shenanigans and trolled the customer 🤣

Around a year ago I visited Tokyo and while exploring we came across his shop. As Turks we wanted to try Japanese kebab and so we ordered our food and it was pretty good actually. Afterwards we talked with the owner and he’s such an interesting person, and his life story is so unique. Much love for him.
