I think that focusing on the customer experience / journey could well be a point of difference between you and other grey market dealers. When someone spends a large amount of money on a watch they want that extra special experience and to feel "looked after".

Instead of one million watches, Rolex are going to produce more than two million watches per year by building a new factory. All Rolex watches are all made by hand🤣. All the marketing of Rolex is a big scam, and people believe in it.🤣
