The second elevator’s button panel reminds me of Otis elevators here in the U.S. The panels here are rather similar but finding concave buttons here is rather rare.

I can see where the similarities lie in the button plates, probably one of the main differences is how the US ones don't go around the button like the ones here do, alongside the way the numbers look on it. Perhaps there was an element of inspiration from the US ones that went into the Resista design that the second lift has

The beep of the RFID scanner honestly makes the Gen2 button beep sound a little out-of-tune XD epic lifts and video!

LEVEL -1 = GROUND LEVEL LEVEL 0 = MEZZANINE LEVEL 🤣

having 0 as M would make sense as it isn't at ground level (it's level with the upper floor of the shopping centre) plus it would mean the numbers for the floors above it would not need to be changed, so like G, M, 1-7 or instead of M have R for reception
