Hi Abrar. I spent around 5 years in Muscat and your video reminded me of the time I spent there. The Sky Scrapper are not allowed per local municipality code due to proximity of Muscat Airport. They want to expand horizontally instead of vertically since Oman has abundant land area contrary to Dubai

Welcome Abrar, just to correct the information about buildings , Its only allowed 9 floors , cause the goverment want to expand the building horizontely . Nothing about soil type or the weeknes. We have very strong mountain areas.
