For crepes we use milk, melted magarine ,sugar,flour,and and eggs for the creps the edges are supposed to be cruncy .For pancakes we use cinnamon,baking powder,milk,eggs,oil or even lemon crust ,pancakes are supposed to be think and because you are using a non stick pan don't use oil
