What are authenticity credentials- what makes you an expert ? You don’t have any qualifications to assess. You can give your personal opinion but this is not in any official capacity? Your method is flawed. I’ve spoke to Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton- they don’t support your authentication?!

they look at the bags themselves first - and always recommend the client still goes through their third party authentication process. they charge £250 to send it through to them. and if someone is selling them a bag, that fee comes out of the price. i can’t remember the name of the company they use, but they have said it in another video. but they don’t do it themselves, they do it as a rough guide.

Hello For your authentication service, do you authenticate by pictures of an item (a Hermes bag, for example)? or do you need to have the actual item in your store for a hands on verification? If you do authenticate by pictures, can you please state a whatsapp number or an e-mail address to send the pictures to?
