🏡 Body health to be prioritized in everything we fix for regular daily usage at home to avoid bending a lot daily ,..etc..., So it is Much better as you like also to be professionally, to fix hand towel much much higher at least as shoulder level of a person with normal height of like 155 cm . If you fix it same as shoulder level, not only it will make it easier to use many times a day, but also Towel doesn’t get splashes of dirt from water in basin when someone is washing hands in basin. also you are supporting spinal bones. Even good for Mara and other cousins be fixed higher Any way you need to consider also the length of towel that is hanging and make it much more difficult to use if you fix this hanger at too low level as you are showing I would get the bar for towel . So always towel remains dry, for ring hangers usually towel remains wet because Towel can’t get enough air in it . ( my opinion for my house ). You know better as per size of your place.
