How can you swing after you flash? I'm still new to flashes I want to be able to do those flawlessly

You have to swing right after the flash pops, to practice this I would just recommend to run around in a custom and pop flash every corner. Also idk how new you are to flashes but when you look away when it pops you dont get fully flashed, I think you already know that but just in case you don't. Thanks for you comment as always! :D
