That! Rattle is perfect. Doesn't jolt away from the relaxation. Often times reiki on the internet is too ASMR and instead of the Reiki session its loud, spontaneous, not relaxing. Sometimes things,sounds pair well with Reiki but more often than not it distracts too much. The foil the metal grinding its not fluid it doesn't aide the flow of the Chakras. This is a good1 tho.
