Having listened to this a second time I’ve decided it is the best hypnosis video on KZbin, i love it so much. My only minor ’niggle’ is that the end of the video stops too abruptly and an advert comes on which spoils my relaxed state. this is very lovely, and I DID feel very nice and relaxed throughout until near end, but what is idea behind just saying "you are feeling X" ? - I often cannot even imagine what it would feel like, being vague concepts to me for one, and also ... I will not just feel X because I am told to ... I can "try" but that is kind of opposite of relaxing. My mind can race for references, trying to vividly remember the feeling, but that does not really work, and is ... stressful as I am trying to satisfy the request, which I would love to oblige, but .. How do I just feel something? - Actually, I do have one pleasant feeling I can kind of activate by thought ... but that only works for a moment. - Also the plethora of descriptions of feelings ... The feelings I know are: relief, fear, excitement, sad, "kittens", and idk... not many more. - If the most basic step and "basis for all" is a step I am unable to do, even unable to comprehend...
