I just read a few days ago in the Our Daily Bread that as it says in the Bible to pray without ceasing, is literally to profess to God everything you feel in your heart whether good OR bad. That is being honest with yourself and Him. Everything doesn’t have to be a spoken word, praying in the Spirit is just as powerful as long as it is directed directly to God.
