The only fragrance creeds (no pun intended) that I live by are wear what you like and constantly try new things. I like smelling everything from vintage habit rouge, to Beverly Hills Polo Club to Parfums Vintage, to Xerjoff to Spirit of Dubai because I just like trying to experience everything. Don’t love wearing everything but I feel like the only way to really know what I’m talking about is to experience everything out there and then when I do a video, give my honest opinion on it.

Roja is my favorite fragrance brand, I have 16 Rojas and love them all. So much class on these perfumes, they are definitely above most other niche brands by a large margin. I also love the recent direction of your channel, eugene, keep it up!

I had a similar prejudice toward Nishane for whatever reason and recently got a bunch of samples and they’re making some really good perfume. I still haven’t tried much Roja and not all that interested. Gotta save something for later ya know? Especially since I’m trying not to buy stuff all the time. But I think it’s cool you’re giving it a whirl.

Maybe it's due to the virus but I'm having a hard time finding Creation E both the Pour homme and Parfum Colonge. Also I was going to buy fetish but Neiman Marcus doesn't have it anymore . They had it a few days ago and then it dissapeared. Any word if they are discontinued?

I was gifted Diaghilev and find it to be very complex. This is the only Roja I own. I do like it and need more wearing's to make a fair analysis of it.

I dont have a lot experience with Roja, but what i smelled, 7 or 8 of them, all are really well blended and high quality imho. His Bergamot is probably the very best in this genre, sadly it is discontinued. I like Reckless also, but i like Micallef Style more, which is kinda similar, but more robust. Zivio!

Roja dove is a great perfumer but his products are bit of a copy of guerlain. He used to work for guerlain anyway so that explains it all.

Tried fetish today for the first time and just wanted to see what others thought as I just had experienced it for myself -- I'm also an Hermès fan as I used to WORK for Hermès Parfums and of course love (vintage) Belami and MIGHT like it slightly more than Fetish, though I don't find them very similar... I AM, however obsessed with Chypre Extraordinaire (in love) and I also think Diaghilev is simply fragrance perfection, though I don't have many opportunities to actually WEAR Diaghilev, to be honest -- CE is a bit more approachable. Any thoughts on either of those?

Yes, unfortunately that's true. Imho, the only ones worth buying is the vintage ''shaker'' bottle and the first reformulation (like the one in this video).

I prematurely wrote off Roja after smelling Enigma cologne which did nothing for me. Recently, I tried Musk Aoud and UAE from the Gulf Collection and I was blown away. The quality of the materials, blending, and complexity is remarkable. Definitely, will be trying more from the house. I need a bottle of Musk Aoud asap. I don't care if his real name is Roger Bird, the perfumes are great.

Some of them are good fragrances not so the price, we all know. The fact of having the original Diaghliev in the 2010 edp version and knowing that it cost less than £100 and seeing what they later did with the extrait and the astronomical price at which it is sold is to wonder what the fuck this brand is.

Eugenius, Eucrazy. Sometimes something as sensual as perfume makes you constantly think about yourself, and I think that's the problem. You say you wear perfume for yourself, which no doubt you do, but you consider yourself from a vantage that makes you compare yourself to an ideal, which in turn makes you worry what other people think. Good on you for letting go. WALK THE WAY OF BLINDNESS.

I agree with everything you’ve said here. I don’t think one or the other is better but Bel Ami’s dick is definitely bigger. All jokes aside Bel Ami is a rougher much more balls to the wall edt while Fetish smells like Roja’s Extrait Interpretation of Bel Ami in the same way the Guerlain and Chanel extraits are much different and smoother in the Parfum’s vs edt and EdP. But again like I told you. I’m not sure if I’m as tempted to ever buy Fetish pour Homme. Diaghilev and it’s pissyness on the other hand. That to me is just another great Chypre inspired by many Chypre’s all the way from Mitsouko (and obviously Coty’s even though I haven’t smelled it) to Jubilation 25 Woman and there’s is definitely nothing wrong with another great Chypre. Ps. I love how you threw Dua in there 🤣🤣🤣 #wackpack

Vintage Bel Ami (which I own) is a completely different beast to the highly re-formulated current version. No real comparison to my nose. Well worth seeking out a sample of the original juice.

Roja Dove, Clive Christian and Parfums de Marly are the same kind of clone/theft house. The overpriced kind that steals the successful blueprints and make it as expensive as possible putting it in shiny royalty bottles. It's like if someone took Mona Lisa and made a digital painting with less rough edges or a studio took the cinema classic Matrix and changed some visual effects into 4k and made Neo and co wear gold instead of black and charged half a grand per ticket. I can see some kids who never saw Mona Lisa or Matrix paying up and saying this is the coolest painting or the best sci-fi ever but honestly fuck them Edit: lol thought title was being sarcastic didnt expect you to actually give in and support these kind of houses and call classic fans who appreciate originality dick measurung bros! Even Jeremy or BFL never fell that deep to say sth like that 😂
