Yeah it's a really nice area, new condos and townhouses. I feel like i did not do the area justice as I really did not get the clova or the Surrey Archives Building. Not a lot of people as this was filmed right at the begining of the pandemic. Thanks as always for watching :)

I often went to the Elements Casino in cloverdale, but it's still closing.. I really miss this area .

Thank you for your kind words and watching! 😀 Yeah I realise I should have shown more of what is past the yellow fence. Cloverdale is a small town centre in Surrey and has been building up slowly. This is just an empty lot, the last house just sold. No Development sign out yet, but I imagine a 4 story condo will be built.

@@Surrey360 I'd love to see it in a year or so and see how it's developed. Not just this empty lot but all of Cloverdale. I love to see town and downtown areas thrive through a revitalization phase.
