The 12 inch tires put put your pegs closer to the ground which reduced your cornering angle. 17's with a stick tire you might be able to drag a knee.

Cool that you got to ride the Surron at Adams. You'll definitely have to raise the pegs up for more ground clearance. Also body position will help a lot. If you can get more off the bike like they do roadracing, that will decrease your lean angle and you won't drag the pegs to bad.

Gotta do the math and get a sprocket to get you back to around the same ratio you were at on the 17". You could still wheelie easily and get back some of the top end speed. Great video bro.

Your bike went from a supermoto to a Grom with just changing the wheels :D. For track use look at getting peg risers, I use these on my Grom for track days. You could also get a knee down with practice, but I would recommend full leathers to save your knees, would also save you a lot more in a fall than the carting suit

I think the only reason the ignition looks weird is because of the 72 volt battery cover which is higher

Hey clearly I'm not surronster or affiliated but I do have a Sur Ron and wanted to get your question answered. The license part is tricky because unfortunately almost everywhere in USA and Canada these bikes are technically not legal to be on the road, they are simply to powerful and laws very greatly from state to state/province to province so you would have to check the internet for where you are to see. That being said I ride mine on bike trails and keep a low profile (not go fast around other bikes/people and haven't had a single issue in the 6 months I've owned my bike), I also have a pedal kit on my bike to help blend in if anyone's looking to hard. As for age since there's no way of registering it for the road (in most places again where you live you might be able to but highly doubt it) there isn't really an age requirement, these things to go fast so I'd say around 14 but that's based on me dirt biking fairly young so again mileage and your parents will vary haha. I know that's a little vague but hope it helps! 🤙
