When I remove grips I either stick an air hose in the end by the donut and blow air and pull it off, or cut it with a razor and peel it off.

Another want to fix the fork guards is to take off and use a heat gun to roll them tighter. Done to my actual supermoto builds (WR450F, YZ450FX, DRZ400SM

Turned out cool. But time to buy the Dremel,angle grinder,jigsaw and all the bits,blades and accessories for them. You can do a lot of high end fabrication with a couple hundred bucks worth of tools. Plus you get a kick back if you link them in your videos.

Your adapters that you got look normal for impact tools they're just about always a crappy black coating unless you get plated stuff next time your at a Harbour freight or somewhere check out the impact sockets they'll look about the same

That is a black oxide coating, and it scuffs like that super easy. Better packaging would solve this, but budget priced tools aren't going to fork up the dough.

Bro, always first unplug ground ( - ) when work on the battery. If you dont do that and work on the ( + ) first and your metal tool touch some ground (every metal in your car) you make a short-circuit fault... that could be dangerous for you. Keep in mind never work on ( + ) if ( - ) is connected.
