Bread roll recipe: Tangzhong: 20g bread flour 100g water 320 bread flour (2.5 cups) 40g sugar (1/3 cup) 6g salt (1.5 tsp) 10g dry yeast (~1.3 pkg) 10g dry milk (~1 tbsp) 160g milk (2/3 cup) 1 egg Tangzhong 28g unsalted butter (2 tbsp) Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 22-26 minutes (small bread rolls) or 26-30 minutes (larger bread rolls) *I use this recipe to make both bread rolls and cinnamon rolls. I double the recipe often during the holidays. I add more or less flour depending on the climate and the stickiness of the dough. I will also sometimes add honey or condensed milk for a sweeter taste. Enjoy!
