Lift rod higher and slow down the retrieve with Sand eel type lure.

I saw similar a few weeks ago on anglesey. Sea trout jumping clean out of the water 20ft away from me then out of knowwhere half a dozen porpoise or dolphins either chasing g them or baitfish👌👍

They need rain bad so they can get up the rivers they do

Ye caught thousands of seatrout but just not at sea more in the rivers
