It have been a long time since I live in KL, so I don't know if the stall still exist or not but for me it is the best nasi kandar ever. It is not a restaurant but a stall next to a girl school, SMK Convent Jalan Peel. Like said, I don't know if the stall still exist today or not, KL changed so much in about 25 years since I left. As memory serve, there is no ayam goreng anywhere that can beat this stall, ever. It is a nostalgia for me now...

@@sakichannel Looking at Google Earth, the area changed a lot, not as I remember, based on the 2018 images I don't see any stalls there. Well, they must have moved somewhere I don't know. But I can suggest you to eat at Restoran Suhuri nearby the Alam Shah Mosque (at the big junction nearby Petronas petrol station, I used to work there). It is not nasi kandar but meat soup restaurant. As I remember, they only make their special soup at Tuesday and Friday. Not sure if they changed their routine. The restaurant still exist despite the changes. Even the mosque changed, it used to be small mosque 🧐 Behind the mosque is my elementary school. A lot of childhood memory there... My high school, SMK Cochrane now turned into IKEA, so sad...it was historical school, destroyed in the name of progression. My former home also destroyed, now a new school with similar name, SMK Cochrane Perkasa. The whole area changed into something I don't recognized anymore. If I return to KL, I will become like a foreign tourist 🤔
