Surti randeri kadhi by apna desi khana

Surti kadhi
* 170 gm yogurt
* 1 cup butter milk or water
* 1/2 tsp turmeric
* 1/2 tsp cumin powder
* 1/2 tsp coriander py
* 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
* 1 n 1/2 tsp besan
* Salt to taste
* 2 tbsp fresh coriander
* 7-8 curry leaves
* 2 clove garlic
* 3 green chilli
Bagar
* 8-10 mint leaves
* 1 tbsp chop coriander fresh
* 3 clove garlic slice
* 1 green chilli slice
* 1 tsp whole cumin
* 8-9 Curry leaves
Serve 3-4 people

@@Hassan-Cher .. if you dont have chas you can make it with only yougurt toooo , or if you want to make chas you can make it with yogurt and water half cup yougurt half cup or little more water mix togather , if you want it little sour leave it on work top of your kitchen over night you can used in morning , or if you are in pakistan when you buy yougurt form shop ask them to give remaining water from the pot of yougurt
