How do I get back onto grid coordinates after creating a localization?

In video the point to track have local coordinate or have wgs 84 coordinate ?

The point you select before reading gps should have local coordinates. When you measure multiple points this way during a Carlson localization or what Trimble calls a site calibration you are really doing a Transformation from wgs84 to local coordinates. Hope this helps

@@terrawisesolutions Yes, this ok. For example: I misuration a perimetr field with base-rover gps system on wgs84 coordinat and also some point fiducial ( pont not mobile, that I called here point n. 1, 2 and 3). Later download this misuration on my office computer and "translate" all misuration wgs84 on local plane coordinate with origin system cartesian ( o,oo , o,oo , o,oo) on base point. So I decide to add, for example, some new point on this field ( for ecample for divide field on 2 piece), and we called this new point n. 100 and n. 20O. Perfect... so now I will come back on field and trakimg this new point ( n. 100 and n. 200). In Carlson Surv what need I do ? I think this: From office software realize file rw5 with all point ( fiducial point n. 1, n. 2 and n. 3) and with my new point that we neex traking ( n. 100 and n. 200). All this point we know that are on local plane coordinat. So I import rw5 on Carlson. Come back on field and position my Bas Gps on same point that I had use on my first misuration. I use wgs84 coordinat for my base that read from file .ref ( same geografic coordinate that use on first work). Now start to Rover and go on my fiducial point ( n. 1 , 2 and 3). So from "localitation" on Varlson survey start to read gps point and later 3 point I can read on controller the little difference horizzontal and vertical. Save my localiization and now I xan finally atart to traking my new point on field ( point 100 and point 200). Its all corrext ?? REALLY TANKS

Would you be able to talk on phone for a little help setting up base and rover on TOPCON HYPER V and using FC500 with Carlson SURVCE?

Does this process work the same when using an NTRIP base instead?
@eddieolachia53053 жыл бұрын
you have any videos on using known positions
@terrawisesolutions3 жыл бұрын
I do not, to do this simply go to base setup, click the tab "from Known Position" then click "use local coordinates". You can then select the known point your base is setup over and enter the rod height/H.I.

Hola, el programa lo estás ejecutando en una tablet?

Yes the program can run on a windows 10 tablet or windows mobile data collector. Sorry for the delayed response.
