Great video. I work mostly rural areas and it can be tough to say the least. I generally go from least aggressive surveillance to most aggressive as the case progresses.

Great question. I have limo tint all the way around my vehicle. I know in certain locations and situations my vehicle will look very suspicious to neighbors. Because of this I may park further away as not raise any concerns in the immediate neighborhood around the subject's residence. Tint can be good or cause issues. Just make sure you stay aware of the the response from neighbors. Once you follow you subject away from their residence a tinted vehicle typically no longer becomes an issue

good stuff as always...question, what is your philosophy on setting up in a neighborhood as far as your tint and window coverage? Are you more of just getting your car dark enough so no one can see what your doing or getting to where no one knows your in there? Of course it may depend on the situation.
