hello, ang pinagkaiba nila ay sa availability nga mga given. yang sa 1st R na tinutukoy mo, if available ang T and central angle, then u can use that. But if ang given ay may degree of curvature, u can use the second R formula because that is for getting the radius in arc basis. Kibali, yung second R na sinasabe mo ay in measuring the curve sharpness
