Can you print surveys for participants to manually complete the survey?

I am very new. Can I send out a survey and ask people to forward it. If the person that receives the email and forwards it. Means they are opting in. Is their a way to capture their email address? Hence growing your email list and getting a potential customer.

Can I be sure that my email recipients cannot see who else I have sent the email with the survey monkey link to? Or do I need to send a separate email to each recipient to maintain this privacy? Privacy for my research is important. Thank you.

Can I use a survey twice? And simultanously? I mean I would like to have two links, I send one out to students in my school (my teacher would help with spreading the link) but then an other link to my facebook friends? or I can I just duplicate the survey (with a different link), I will then analyse my data myself later in Excel or something... ?
