Create Survival Minecraft is cool, but way too easy. So, what if you remove the ground? In this series Shalz and Cactus survive with Create, without terrain.

In episode one Cactus and Shalz figure out how the block generator works, grind dirt to expand the island, and go to the nether. Shalz also starts building his starter base!

Why on earth did you not make a fan with lava instead of making all those furnaces? Also why the heck didn't you make a cobblestone generator that then goes to gravel that then washes to iron? You need iron and you have Create. Also with the cobblestone you really should build a layer below your dirt so when something happens it catches it. Honestly what I would do is go down and build 2 layers then have 3 layers of air and torch everything up. That way I can run pipes and power below the ground level.

The reson why he was getting all the items at the start was because he was either the world host, or first person to join the server, therefore he got pickup priority for getting items and such.

The modpack does not work for some reason I am trying to figure it out and I have even gone as far as tried updating the mods to the newest version which does nothing, as the map is on 1.21.x and the mods are only supported to 1.20.x

you probably could have completed everything a whole lot faster if you *_actually tried to use create_* to automate everything. No need to mine for hours, just crush and wash to get iron. No need to hand crank for hours, just use the waterwheels. No need for a smelting wall, just use a fan with lava. Food? Automate it. Would the drill work on the regenerating block? that could have saved lots of headache.

Try out Skyopolis! I prefer version 3/4 as they have the best mod balance in my opinion, but version 5 has the most up to date version of create. Either way, its a fun, relatively traditional skyfactory mod with emphasis on the factory part ^_^

Shalz, why not build a multi-arm auto dig setup on the magic block? You could easily make a way to turn it off and on whenever you get close to certain spawns, and it would mean a continuous supply of usable and necessary blocks and ore to use when you spend an hour building other machines

Which version of the map did you play? Did you modify the original map to make it 1.20.1 compatible? Because I tried playing it with create in 1.20.1 and 1.19.2 with the 1.16.4 map version and it bugged out on both, resetting the spawner every time I logged back into the world
