Survival Flight 6 Bell 407 Take Off From White River Medical Center

Survival 6 departing White River Medical Center for Little Rock. Survival 6 was called along side Survival 5 to transport patients involved in a motor vehicle accident. Survival 4 is based at White River Medical Center but was not there.
