I learned a few minutes after recording that you can Line-of-Sight the Infinite Timereavers at the end to drop off stacks and the Thunderous Clap casts from Ebonstone Golems. This will help a BUNCH on fortified weeks for surviving those enemies.

As an aside, is SV still viable without tier? Or is it more a case of play MM until 4 piece?

The tierset doesn't necessarily make or break the spec, but it's certainly a very big dps gain for m+. I couldn't give any assessment about MM since I don't play MM :P
