Even though this is one of Muse songs that has a lot of guitar solo, but what really caught me is the guitar in the second verse 2:20, because Muse rarely plays palm-muted full chords with his guitar, also because this was done with a 7-string manson guitar and Fuzz factory the sound it makes is more bold, hard, and heavy

It's impossible to rip off anything from Warner/Chappell. I think he/she asked them the rights or bought the instrumentals from them. :) And yes, all the instrumentals/multitracks come from there.

The same that at 2:23 which I can't tell the chords but on tabs and with a standard 6 strings guitar it would be - D--6-- A--7-- E--4-- or if you have a very solide distortion A--7-- E--4-- only this should be ok
