Thanks for the kudos. Yes, it is a pretty good recipe to use some of the things in the fridge. Will be doing a follow-up soon, as the vegetable butts are growing very well now. Got many dishes on the calendar, but, due to travel restrictions; many more complex dishes will have to wait. Have a Sous Vide cooker coming for my anniversary, excited to give that a try also. When this stay home order ends, got lasagna & Aussie burger top of the list!
