There's also an area near the Lodge in New Atlantis where you can get 2 Eclipse ships. Go left when you leave the Lodge, there's an explorable area. Find the Abandoned ship repair facility. There should be a large group of Eclipse there and 2 ships. You can take the ships after killing the Eclipse. You will have to make 2 trips to get the ships because you can only claim one at a time.

Not sure if you are aware but the number next to their name is their level. You were trying to kill 2x lvl 40 beasties at level 6/7. It was incredibly entertaining though

It ain't a video game without a pump shottie. Even if 1850's tech don't make sense in space in the future. 😂 rack on that bucket. Man the enemies are really bullet-spongey. I assume as you rank up and mod weapons it will get better. I don't see anyone else incorporating melee attacks like you do though, it seems to work pretty well.

@@SurvivalBobGaming I was watching another playthrough, and there is a revolver in the game somewhere thats a 1-hitter. Standard videogame hand-cannon. I am gonna assume its in the wild west themed area. A revolver in space wouldn't make sense otherwise 🤣

Little hint: If you make the ship your own before looting the cargo, it removes the 'stolen item' tag ;)

Difficulty doesn't matter when you can't aim. Not saying The Bob is bad at aiming, I am saying aiming with a controller is harder when you are used to using a mouse.

Bob, you may want to use throwables like grenades. I find them a bit OP at least at the early stages. I did not play with mines that much because i keep finding nades. Also keep an eye for explody barrels. There are several types but shoot them. 1 bullet = boom = less reloading 😆

I'd recommend Freestar Ranger's, spoiler free ship at end of quest line.

Freestar. But it’s a ways off in this play-through. and took forever it felt like. But the ship is bad ass and I feel kinda like Doc Holiday. I got a badge, but I ain’t exactly a good guy.

Should have just made it your home ship right there then gone to the other ship and done the same thing.. I've stolen 4 ships in one landing. that's my record. You don't have to leave.

@@SurvivalBobGaming Nah... that's a warning letting you know it WILL become your home ship whether you like it or not if you do those things. You can make any ship your home ship at any time. watch your video again for quick reference. You can see it in the bottom right. :)
