I just want to say that knowing jamerrill is going through tough times and is continuing to do all she does definitively inspires those of us who may not have all that she has going on to see that we can do our part to keep our boat afloat. I heard about THM from Jamerrill and Sarah from "Our Tribe of Many." I've been following her for several years and she's an inspiration. While I'm admittedly more of a Weight Watchers person (since I grew up with points lol), I think the idea that even during hard times we can control what we eat, how much, and if/how much we move. Jamerill I love that dress!!! I am on a weightloss journey of losing from 205 down to 155.. but its slow. I was 229 lbs after 7 babies in 9 years.. and eating oreos and milk after number 6 ( every night) and then coke and snack foods all night practically after number 7 who was born with severe heart defects and required a gravity feeding tube and then with attempting nursing/pumping I was up basically all night from his birth til he was 1.5.. he is 2 now... I am trying to go back to my intermittent fasting and low carb eating and walking..any tips.for walking with so many young ones ( 10 down to 2) and I homeschool
