For context the reason Jeffy paused before saying Nightmares is because in Fnaf 4 you're not at a restaurant, you take on the role of a child haunted by Nightmare versions of your father's creations due to an accident that happened at the Fnaf 1 location. My guess is Jeffy will be the stand-in for said child and it'll take place in his room

8:30 Yes, Prince. Mr. Winkle is supposed to be a stand in for the Purple Man from Fnaf, who is the one who responsible for pretty much everything in the series. He dresses up as a Golden variant of Bonnie the Bunny, uses it to lure 5 children into the back room, kill them, and hides the bodies inside the animatronics. This leads the kids to possess the 5 animatronics Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, and Golden Freddy. Since the purple guy was a previous security guard that worked there before you, the animatronics confuse mistake you for their murderer and attack you.

Yeah Mr Winkle is playing the role as the Purple man, William Afton. In the game he was the co founder of Freddy's but also a serial killer, so he killed a bunch of kids while dressed as a yellow bunny, and he hid their bodies in the other animatronics so the cops won't find them. And then the souls of the kids possessed the animatronics so that's why they are alive. But then the mechanism in Afton's suit malfunctions and caused him to be trapped in it forever, so he became Springtrap. You did say you wanted someone to explain it 9:26

In the fnaf game You play as Micheal afton he is the son of the games antagonist. Long story short he wants to atone for the sins of his past and his father, wants to free the spirts of the dead kids which is why he stays as a security guard throughout the games working for less then minimum wage rather than quitting his job like any normal person would.

Actually, the war of finance at Freddy's is nowadays much deeper. But yes, that is pretty much the Loring. A child, the owner, one of the 2 owners. William Afton kills some kids stuff. Their body dead bodies in the animatronic suits and the children souls possess the electronics. They kill the night guard in the games. Because they think the night guard you play as is a murderer. When in reality, you actually play as a murderer's son, which has no idea about his father's dealings. So yeah, again, the war is much deeper than that nowadays. But that's where it got started, I guess.
