Hello everyone! Welcome back to a new series, in this series of videos, I will be taking you through the full vanilla Space Engineers survival process. Teaching the basics all the way through to advanced game mechanics to turn you into a true Space Engineer.
My aim with the series is to easily introduce new players to the game via a walkthrough guide of it's features. If you have any questions or need help, leave a comment and I'll get back to you when I can!
If you enjoyed, please like comment and subscribe to support the channel :)
In this episode we continue work on our asteroid station, outlining the production facilities and landing pads for the future ships.

I like having a container between the refiner and assembler just for ingots. It keeps both production blocks clutter free. Then I always have an AutoLCD2 screen that has the list of ingots on the base. (Obviously you're doing a mod free run here). This base is very nicely clean, I like it.

Does sunlight on the asteroids follow the same 2 hour day/night cycle like your planet, or whatever you had it set to?

pretty sure the sun has a revolution time around everything so depending on where you build you would get longer in one spot and less in another. iv built my moon base and I get the sun twice for 40 mins at a time as it goes around the planet then I get it then behind the moon the it's on the otherside and then goes behind the planet again. so I'm sure their would be some places where you could get light 100% of the time.
