im in canada so it is cold lie heck and it was once minus 50 at one point and i also put my face in snow i put my full body in the snow and its fun

I know they're not used to cold winter temps, but they look like they're having a blast. That being said, I'm from VT and as a kid I would lay face first in the snow for ages, once you get past the initial shock of cold, the snow insulates your face heat and it's very cozy

eating snow itself doesn't actually keep you hydrate because youll use more energy melting it down into liquid to hydrate yourself. It's better to let it melt into water and then drink it.

J-Fred, speaking from experience 5 minutes everyday in the shower in the coldest temp possible isn't enough. I spent a good portion of 2 years without hot water and had to bathe in cold water especially during wintertime. Your body builds up that immunity over time when you expose your body daily to cold temps
