Few things: You're pee is flammable, that's why your fire went out of control. Burned pee still makes yellow clouds. Your pee is so flammable, it can be used as gas in cars. There's cars with toilets, making you the gas pump. Traps, barbed wire, and those sharpened stick bundles are great at keeping enemies at bay. They also do damage, making some of those freaks kill themselves trying to get in to get at you. So peeing, anytime you pee out in the open, it not only adds to the fog but also increases your urge. It's a vicious yellow cycle of pants wetting terror causing pants wetting terror causing..... You get the picture. Enemy AI can be janky. That public toilet you found with multiple toilets seems like a sanctuary in this world. When you saw enemies clipping through the walls, it was them trying to get at you through the wall. They basically got stuck from their pathfinding breaking, and exposed themselves to an opportunistic counter attack. That third toilet back in the corner seemed like a fort. Put barbed wire and stick traps at the doorway and you're golden. Well besides literally from all the piss covering you. Definitely try going for a knockout to make a "biological toilet". Yes you're trying someone up and sticking a funnel in their mouth to pee in like the most nonconsensual BDSM play. Though they are piss fiends so they'll probably like it anyways. Don't feel too bad getting caught up empathizing with piss mutated monster men that are trying to kill you anyways. To pee in a bottle, I believe you need to equip it first, then you can let it flow.

Tip: You can place tents above geysers to slow the natural urge level from rising. You can also use fire on the geysers to burn it.

Very funny game, the peeing kind of crazy, did not get the story so kind of in the dark, I think the having to pee often would just piss me off no pun intended, it has a real old game vibe😁.

Yeah one time one of them lead me to a pair of women’s thong underwear right. It even let me pick it up. Then like an hour later something happens where you pass out and then you have this realistic “dream” where this sexy redhead comes walking up wearing only those panties saying “did you bring what I told you to bring my dearest nephew?” He answers “yes aunty I brought it… but please don’t hurt me this time around” and as it’s fading it to y’all laying down in bed she says “I guess it’s time I told you…. I’m not your aunt…. I’m your real mother” and dude starts freaking out saying “BUT THAT MEANS YOUVE KNOWINGLY BEEN FUUUUU” then it cuts out and you wake up and now that same red head but in like demonic super freak begins chasing you around saying “your gonna give momma that good pounding once more before you stop existing… before you… STOP BREATHING!!!!” So after that I was scared and super weirded out I never touched it again. My roommate told me he never had that experience happen to him ever and had I not been recording it nobody would even believe the crazy shit
