I don't think somebody threw a grenade at you. Was there was a nade in your inventory that was not attached to a vest? Because if so when the zombie hit u a few times it could go off if it reaches 0 durability. Maybe your vest could have gone to 0 durability too and the nade that was attached to it exploded.😢
