So instead of the court system helping the people, they don’t really care about the high conflict people. These people are in average 1:10 or even 2:10, this means they are all around us. They are gifted to manipulate everyone and everyone is afraid of them. Unless the court will penalize the helpers as well, normal, specially empathetic people will always lose a lot.
